Beautiful central vignette of the Battle of New Orleans, decisively fought on Dec. 23, 1814, on  the Chalmette Battlefield.  The British were soon driven from the continent, having failed in their attempt to resubjugate Americans.  Historic bank note.  XF+/AU.  $350.
